Today I’m doing a really quick video for you to share with you the script that I use to turn new followers likers/subscribers into customers by having a conversation, just a heart to heart genuine conversation between two people.

So, typically what happens is you will receive a new liker or subscriber to your Facebook page, Instagram account, Twitter, whatever your social media might be, or your newsletter.
And there’s one of two things that you’ll do. What most people do is get excited for 30 seconds and then move right along to gaining new customers.
You can’t be blamed for doing that.
I’m certainly not criticizing you, it’s one of those things that we all do.
We’re all on the journey to building our business, which is always about acquiring more leads more sales, more customers, more traffic, ultimately, it all falls into that traffic banner.

What you can do is choose to nurture that for the lead that it is.
So a new liker to one of your account is a person that is interested in you enough to fill their already full feed with stuff that you’re producing. They find you helpful, entertaining or inspiring and they want to see more of what you’re doing.
What I tend to do is send them a personal message. Now if you’re on Facebook doing this Facebook business like I would send them a message from my business account I’ll send it from my personal profile and say,
The basic formula…
- Hi
- a connection pace,
- introduce them to what you do
- end off with a question
- say goodbye.
So if you’re were going to use the fitness niche for an example, if you’re a health coach or personal trainer, sort of that that industry, what you can say, is
“Hi, my name is Sarah.
Thank you so much for liking my Facebook page. Just wanted to connect and say hi. It’s nice to actually meet people, (give them a connection piece about you). So something that you might have in common, have a quick look at their profile if you’ve got time. Otherwise, you can leave it just as a generic sort of personal connection item such as I’m a mum of three, I love the health and fitness industry. I know how hard it can be to bounce back your body after having a baby.
Typically I help my clients with weight loss/weight gain, sort of three things that you three things that you help your clients with, whether that be for the health and fitness industry, weight loss, gaining muscle, bulking up, trimming down after baby, whatever your specific offer relates to.

I say something along the lines of
“Hi, my name is Joy. I’m a mom of three I help women build their businesses online without fluff or exaggerated promises. Typically, I help people with their online presence, marketing online to attract organic leads and automation to free up time within their lives. Let me know if there are any of these that you’re struggling with.
